Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Professional Services Consultant. As a leader in delivering business consultancy engagements with customers, you will be responsible for performing as the expert of the Bizzdesign Solution Suite, serving as a trusted advisor in the areas of architecture and Bizzdesign solution best practices, and managing customer projects to drive deliverables within the project timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business and technical services, spanning strategic guidance, mentoring, workshop facilitation, training, and "hands-on" product deliverables.
  • Ensure the continued double-digit growth of Bizzdesign through world-class expert consulting and customer success management.
  • Support sales efforts by providing expertise to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Bizzdesign solutions.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • At least a Bachelor of IT or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in technology-enabled consulting services, delivering customer value to large enterprise customers.
  • Experience in Business Consulting, Change Management, Enterprise Architecture, and serving a range of IT and business audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
