We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team at JW Marriott Berlin. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of Opera system is an asset.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
