Bei Bridgemaker GmbH sind wir auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Senior Venture Architect, der unsere Strategie für die Entwicklung von innovativen Geschäftsmodellen und die Transformation bestehender Unternehmen unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Identifizierung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Projekten spielen, die unsere Kunden und Partnern helfen, ihre strategische Ausrichtung zu verbessern und erfolgreich zu sein.

Das bringt Du mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung, im Venture Building, Projektleitung oder in der Entwicklung eines Start-ups
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technologische Trends sowie für die Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen
  • Du bist sicher in der Analyse, um Marktpotenziale und finanzielle Aspekte fundiert zu bewerten
  • Du bist Teamplayer*in mit einer kreativen, flexiblen und pragmatischen Denkweise
  • Du kannst deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besonders in der Kooperation mit mittelständischen Kunden und Private Equity Partnern zum Tragen bringen
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau und sehr gutes Englisch
Aufgabenbereich
  • Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsmodelle und bist für deren strategische sowie operative Transformation verantwortlich
  • Als Teil des Projektteams führst du umfassende Marktanalysen durch und validierst Trends und Chancen im Hinblick auf potenzielle Ventures
  • Du entwickelst Konzepte und Markteintrittsstrategien für neue Geschäftsmodelle
  • Du unterstützt bei der Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Partnerschaften mit Mittelstandskunden
  • Du übernimmst in Teilbereichen die fachliche Führung Deiner Kolleg*innen
