Loft Concierge

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Loft Agent to join our team at Althoff Hotels. As a Loft Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring that they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Be proactive in anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Be flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Have a strong understanding of the hotel's products and services, as well as the local area and its attractions.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
