Sales Executive

As a key member of our sales team at nuvo, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Closing- Manage the sales process for small- and medium-sized accounts, including qualifying leads, running product demos, creating proposals, and closing new customers.
- Develop and maintain performance reports to track key metrics and communicate them to the Growth Team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Senior Growth Manager to create commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion optimization, customer loyalty, and product optimization in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Senior Growth Manager.
- Work with the Solution Architect to shape the user journey and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze existing deals and create strategies to increase deal sizes.
- Expand your professional network in C-Level, Product, and Tech roles.
- Identify potential prospects in the market and establish relationships.
- Within 3 months, you will be an expert on our product and successfully guide clients through professional demos, closing your first client and becoming familiar with our CRM.
- Within 6 months, you will own a full-cycle sales motion, from sourcing leads to converting prospects to clients, and establishing your own customer base.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in an early-stage startup. You should have experience with full-cycle sales, winning small- and medium-sized clients, and a strong balance between people and task focus.
