We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at in medio Personal GmbH.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.

• Coordinate and manage the logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and freight bills
• Monitor and analyze logistics metrics, including delivery times, costs, and inventory levels
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
