Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Sales Agent to support our sales team. As a Technical Sales Agent, you will provide high-quality consultation and support to our customers, handle product inquiries, and communicate proactively with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and written consultation/support to customers with a high level of quality awareness
  • Handle product inquiries, send offers and quotes, and follow up via email and telephone
  • No cold calling required; we only sell to customers who contact us
  • Proactive communication with customers and suppliers in case of delivery delays or other issues related to an order
  • Closely collaborate with our technical team, especially on cross-project topics or the launch of new products/features
  • Collect and share common customer concerns for our FAQ section
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of work experience in a sales role (ideally on the phone) or relevant experience in ecommerce/customer service/consultation. You should have native or C2 English language skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills. German and/or Spanish language skills would be good but are not a strict requirement. You should also have an interest in technology and be willing to learn about our products and tools.
