Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of complex turnkey construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed project estimates and budgets
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost estimates and project timelines
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and recommendations
• Provide expert advice on construction costs and project feasibility

Requirements

• Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction-specific software
