From automated assessments to financing options, Enter serves as the primary resource for homeowners aiming to decarbonize their residences.

As a vital member of our Strategy & Growth team, you will play a key role in exploring new business avenues and ensuring Enter maintains its robust growth trajectory.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategy & Growth on pivotal strategic initiatives, including identifying promising business models and enhancing internal workflows.
  • Conduct foundational research on emerging sectors and swiftly develop initial hypotheses.
  • Translate your innovative ideas into actionable plans, executing practical tests and creating MVPs to validate your concepts.
  • Independently analyze our core business processes and devise your own optimization strategies.
  • Present your findings directly to the leadership team in a clear and impactful manner.
Your Qualifications
  • You possess an excellent Master's degree in economics or a related field from a prestigious university.
  • Experience in venture capital, green technology startups, or top-tier consulting firms is advantageous.
  • You can quickly grasp complex conceptual issues and tackle challenges with a hypothesis-driven approach.
  • You thrive in a dynamic business environment, taking initiative and striving for continuous process improvement.
  • Your self-organization skills are exceptional, along with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • You are proficient in both German and English.
