We are currently seeking a Dosimetry Application Specialist to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Role

The successful candidate will provide technical and product support to a multi-member sales team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of IBA products and services, along with the ability to convey technical specifications to both customers and Product Management.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is essential.

  • Organize and lead sales and promotional meetings
  • Engage in external conferences and events to build relationships and develop comprehensive product knowledge
  • Visit healthcare facilities to initiate projects with clients
  • Prepare contracts with clinical partners
  • Communicate market demands to Product Management

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Meet revenue objectives for equipment and services while adhering to margin targets
  • Proactively manage the sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals
  • Enhance customer loyalty within the existing client base by consistently meeting expectations
  • Gather market intelligence and deepen product and customer knowledge within the designated region
Qualifications

Required Profile

  • Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Familiarity with medical devices utilized in Radiation Therapy
  • Preferred experience in a clinical role as a Medical Physicist or Radiation Therapist
  • Strong communication skills
