Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Auditor to join our team as an IT Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our IT Provider Management team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the IT supplier audit program and ensuring that IT providers deliver high-quality services that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and implement a comprehensive IT supplier audit framework that covers the entire IT function, from process definition to post-audit activities and monitoring.
  • Refine IT supplier audit processes in the IT Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that IT providers deliver quality services and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Define the IT supplier assessment approach, including standards, tools, checklists, and procedures.
  • Prepare, align, and maintain the IT supplier audit plan, considering a risk-based approach and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct planned or ad-hoc IT supplier audits and derive corrective or improvement measures.
  • Present, report, and monitor the IT supplier audit program status and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Long-term experience in IT Supplier & Contract Management, Strategic Procurement, IT audit function, with expertise in dealing with external suppliers within Siemens or a large technology company or an assurance and consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 13485.
  • Profound experience in complex IT environments and delivery of services/IT outsourcing setups and related IT controls.
