Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to join our team and work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Career Hub team to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of client companies to potential candidates.
- Work closely with the account manager to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate referrals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in either SAP/ERP, IT, Cloud Services, Engineering, Energy Transition & Transformation, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or ESG & Sustainability recruitment is highly desired and a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in attracting top-tier passive candidates.
- Prior experience in an agency recruiting setting.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring effective coordination between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
