About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Architect to join our team at HOCHTIEF. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP system architecture with a focus on SAP Transformation and Migration to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop SAP system architecture with a focus on SAP Transformation and Migration to S/4HANA
  • Lead and manage own projects or contribute to larger projects as a team member
  • Design, tender, and negotiate SAP implementation, migration, and operation services (infrastructure and application management)
  • Conceptualize, plan, and implement architectural decisions in collaboration with service providers
  • Oversee and control service providers for operational system management
  • Coordinate and control adaptations, development, and operation of SAP interfaces (SAP PO) by service providers
  • SAP contract management (SAP licenses, maintenance)
  • Support SAP Solution Managers

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a commercial or technical focus
  • Experience with outsourcing IT services and managing IT service providers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current SAP system and database architecture, as well as migration to S/4HANA
  • Practical experience in planning and leading SAP projects
  • Excellent German and English language skills
