  • Formale Überprüfung der Verträge sowie relevanter Dokumente
  • Bedienung der elektronischen Unterschriftenplattform und Pflege der bestehenden Systeme
  • Eigenverantwortliche Klärungen mit den Stakeholdern und Einholung notwendiger Genehmigungen
  • Sicherung der internen und gesetzlichen Compliance-Vorgaben (z.B. Dienstleister-Screening, Zuschläge, Reisen)
  • Coaching der Beteiligten in prozessualen und formalen Fragestellungen
  • Überwachung offener Vorgänge und Steuerung des Mahnverfahrens
