Deliver comprehensive legal guidance across all company divisions; Evaluate, negotiate, and draft a variety of agreements with stakeholders, particularly focusing on contracts with payment processors and software vendors; Address licensing matters; Safeguard the intellectual property of the organization; Engage in commercial transactions; Foster collaboration with colleagues in a nurturing environment that promotes personal and professional development.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal professional in a law firm or corporate setting, with a strong background in corporate and commercial law; Bachelor’s degree in law is required; Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous; Familiarity with other legal disciplines is a plus; Highly driven and enthusiastic about startups and emerging technologies; Internationally minded, capable of thriving in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary setting; Membership in the Georgian Bar Association is preferred.What We Offer:
