We are seeking applications for the role of Senior Manager, Supply Chain Solutions Architect.
In this pivotal role, the Solutions Architect will be an integral part of our implementation team. As a leader with extensive system implementation experience, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the consulting team. This crucial position involves leading requirements gathering sessions, crafting a validated design, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless implementation process. The Solutions Architect's responsibilities typically encompass recommending the most suitable technology for clients based on your expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a bridge between clients' strategic business leaders and technical teams by effectively communicating business functional challenges.
- Provide guidance to clients on significant architectural decisions regarding the platform and associated technologies, while conducting thorough business processes and requirements analysis.
- Assess risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing procedures, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
- Create technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify necessary resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
- Produce client-ready deliverables pertaining to requirement specifications, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and testing plans.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, supporting, or implementing application software, as well as building, packaging, and deploying Java or J2EE applications.
- Proven database experience, preferably with MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with systems integration and ETL tools such as Informatica and Talend is advantageous, along with familiarity in data mapping and systems integration.
- Exceptional drive, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, contributing positively to a team environment.
