We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist Specialist to join our team at MEDWING. As a key member of our operating room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to all hygiene and infection control measures.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Accurately document patient data and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Completed training as a Surgical Technologist (OTA) or further education as a specialist caregiver in the operating room.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
- Proficiency in German language at least B2 level.
- Valid driving license class B and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes.
- Competitive hourly wage up to €31 per hour, depending on qualification, experience, and flexibility.
- Full-time or part-time positions available, with 25-35 hours per week.
