Functieomschrijving:
Als Content Moderator voor Sociale Media ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van online content. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het handhaven van de communityrichtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat alle berichten voldoen aan de vastgestelde normen.

Wat ga je doen?
In deze rol zul je:
• Gebruikersrapporten evalueren die ongepaste of verontrustende inhoud signaleren, volgens de richtlijnen van onze klant.
• Inhoud beoordelen, blokkeren en verwijderen die in strijd is met de communityrichtlijnen.
• Zorgen voor een hoge standaard van nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit in je werk.
• Direct bijdragen aan het verminderen van haat, racisme, pesten, cybercriminaliteit en de verspreiding van desinformatie in online omgevingen.

• Een maandelijks bruto salaris van 2583€ (op basis van 40 uur per week) + een extra individuele maandelijkse prestatie-incentive tot 150€.
• 40% shiftbonus voor uren gewerkt op zondag en feestdagen.
• 50% shiftbonus voor uren gewerkt tijdens de nachtdienst (22:00 - 06:30).

Ideale kandidaat:
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal – Duits is niet vereist.
• Hoge bewustwording van de culturele en politieke situatie, belangrijke sociale kwesties en populaire trends in de regio die je ondersteunt.
• Een open houding ten opzichte van veranderende prioriteiten en bedrijfsprocessen.
• Een verlangen om te werken in een teamgerichte, dynamische en internationale omgeving waar je verschillende culturen, nationaliteiten en talen omarmt.
• Bereidheid om in wisselende diensten te werken (24/7).
• EU-burgerschap of een geldige werkvergunning voor Duitsland.
