About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at Deutsche Börse Group. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute risk-oriented audits to assess compliance, security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of business processes.
  • Identify deficiencies in the internal control system and develop pragmatic approaches to solve problems.
  • Support the creation of audit reports and communicate results to responsible line management.
  • Follow up on audits and recommendations.
  • Participate in shaping the audit methodology and processes.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, finance, or banking, internal/external audit, or legal qualifications.
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in audit or operational roles, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Proven knowledge of internal audit processes and professional certifications, e.g., CIA, CRMA.
  • Project management experience and high analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, resilience, assertiveness, and competent appearance.
  • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English; German a plus.
