About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Game Developer to join our team at Bytro. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our high-quality strategy games that are accessible to players worldwide.

Our team is diverse and international, fostering a culture of open communication and flat hierarchies. We support the autonomous work of our agile teams, ensuring each employee contributes meaningfully to our success.

As a Game Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from game development to game maintenance and improvement. You will be part of a team that is passionate about creating engaging and entertaining games for players of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality strategy games that are accessible to players worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless game development and maintenance.
  • Work on a wide range of projects, from game development to game maintenance and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of new game features and improvements.
  • Ensure that games meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge in TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and current frontend frameworks.
  • Hold a diploma in computer science or similar and have professional experience in software development.
  • Ability to operate independently, good analytical skills, and the motivation to constantly improve and learn.
  • Enthusiasm about games and experience within the industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, thinking outside the box, and constantly learning new things.
  • Familiarity with agile software development and scrum-based working environments.
  • Fluent in technical and business English.
