A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be stationed at one of our logistics facilities, acting as the primary contact for senior management. You will work alongside colleagues across various operational sectors to help position Amazon as the leading employer globally. You will spearhead new corporate initiatives and facilitate employee relations, among other key tasks.Each day as an HR Partner presents unique challenges. You will contribute to establishing a positive work environment for your team, assisting in the resolution of complex employee matters.

Since its inception, the Customer Fulfillment (CF) team has transformed from a small group of booksellers into a highly skilled global workforce that processes over 1.5 million orders daily. This team is fundamental to our operations, supporting our growth into new markets and services. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we consistently explore ways to provide a broader, more accessible range of products with rapid delivery.Members of the CF team ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly. Working within fulfillment centers, the core of Amazon's dynamic operational network, we manage a diverse inventory and facilitate swift deliveries around the clock. Our fulfillment centers employ a variety of individuals, offering opportunities for those with different skill sets. Some team members handle physical products, while others analyze data to inform strategic decisions across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Proficiency in MS Office Suite in a professional setting
- Fluent in German with advanced English proficiency
- Experience in data analysis and reporting for management purposes
- Capability to manage and safeguard confidential HR information
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)- Knowledge of employment law and HR/payroll practices
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across various roles and decision-making levels
