Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at AIG. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using Java, Spring/Springboot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Work with the DevOps team to create and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and apply that knowledge to improve our software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring/Springboot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
