Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Legal Counsel, der unsere Geschäftsfelder in Deutschland und Europa unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der rechtlichen Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsfelder spielen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung für unsere Geschäftsfelder in Deutschland und Europa
  • Erstellung, Überprüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen im Bereich Solarenergie
  • Kooperation mit unseren Teams in Deutschland, Belgien und den Niederlanden
  • Schulungen und Fortbildungen für unsere Mitarbeiter
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Musterverträgen
  • Koordination mit externen Anwälten und Notaren
Voraussetzungen
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Anwalt oder Inhouse Legal Counsel
  • Expertise in der Erstellung, Verhandlung und Bewertung komplexer Verträge im Bereich EPC, O&M, Bau- oder Energierecht
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Projekt- und Transaktionsmanagement
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Lösungsorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise
