Production Technician - Shaft Manufacturing

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to join our team in shaft manufacturing. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate creation of high-quality shafts.

• Operate automated equipment, including CNC machines, with precision and care.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Provide comprehensive support during setup processes and other essential activities within the shaft production line.

• Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends, as required.
• Prior training in production technology is highly advantageous.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
