IT Systems Administrator and Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT System Administrator with Leadership Responsibilities to join our dynamic team.
Position OverviewAs a leading provider in the precision coupling industry, we pride ourselves on our innovative solutions and exceptional service. This role is pivotal in managing our IT department and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the professional and managerial duties of two team members and one trainee.
- Enhance processes within the IT department while planning and executing IT projects.
- Act as the primary contact for IT-related matters for upper management and our parent organization.
- Manage the administration of our virtual infrastructure.
- Provide support for the network environment, encompassing both hardware and software.
- Organize and expand our IT systems to meet evolving needs.
- Assist colleagues by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent vocational training as an IT specialist.
- Several years of relevant experience in the IT sector.
- Proven track record in managing and executing IT projects.
- Proficiency with Windows client and server systems, Active Directory, and VMware/vSphere.
- Familiarity with Azure and Office 365.
- Experience in basic administration of ERP systems, ideally SAP S4/Hana.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Azure, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with monitoring systems, preferably PRTG.
- Trainer certification for IT professions is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Methodical and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
