Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spritzgussproduktionstechniker to join our team at Gerresheimer in Pfreimd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our injection molding machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality plastic parts in a continuous shift operation.
• Setup and handling of injection molding machines, including peripherals.
• Identification and resolution of production disruptions and errors.
• Documentation of changes to injection molding parameters.
• Collaboration with internal interfaces (maintenance, tooling service).

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, such as Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d), Machine and Equipment Operator (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification.
• Reliable and independent working style.
• Proficient in IT applications.
• Good German language skills.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system and under cleanroom conditions.
