AML Compliance Specialist

EASE is an operational advisory firm dedicated to providing tailored solutions for our clients. Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive, "one-stop" service to small and mid-sized entities, addressing their diverse needs and expertise requirements.
We are currently seeking a skilled AML-KYC and Compliance Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support various financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and OEC members, on AML/KYC/regulatory compliance operational assignments, such as audit support, investigation, KYC file review, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance document preparation.
- Provide valuable expertise to our clients by assisting them in their daily activities and projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our clients.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC environments.
- Strong interest in AML/KYC/Regulatory Compliance environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to diverse client environments.
- Fluency in English and French.
