Marketing Strategist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing-Strategen, der sich auf die pharmazeutische Industrie spezialisiert hat. Als Key Account Manager wirst du für die strategische Kundenentwicklung verantwortlich sein und die Zufriedenheit unserer pharmazeutischen Industriepartner innerhalb der Apotheken-Kooperation "mea - meine Apotheke" sicherstellen.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Verhandlung der Marketing-Budgets mit der Industrie und Akquisition neuer Industriepartner für das Kooperationssortiment der Apotheken.
- Beratung der Kunden in Bezug auf analoge und digitale Vermarktungsmaßnahmen und Förderung des Abverkaufs ihrer Produkte mit Zielgruppe Apotheke und Endverbraucher.
- Performance-Überwachung (KPIs) der Maßnahmen und Identifizierung von Treibern für Entwicklungen sowie Handlungsbedarfe.
- Arbeit mit dem Produktmanagement zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolios.
- Entwicklung von Vermarktungsaktionen für die Industrie und Umsetzung dieser kreativ.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation/Sales oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Key Account Management und/oder Marketing.
- Kommunikationsstärken, um Menschen zu begeistern und Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren.
- Analytische und strategische Denkweise, um strukturiert die relevanten Kennzahlen zu interpretieren und zielgerichtete Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, um Kunden von geeigneten Produkten und Serviceleistungen zu überzeugen.
