HR Global Shared Service Center: Your Central Point of Contact
Our HR Global Shared Service Center provides a comprehensive range of HR services and processes, serving as the primary point of contact for our employees. We also manage payroll operations for both Germany and Switzerland.
Your Role: Payroll Specialist
- Payroll Processing Excellence: Prepare and execute monthly payroll cycles for designated employee groups with meticulous accuracy.
- Data Management & Verification: Maintain and meticulously verify all payroll-related data within the SAP HCM system, ensuring its integrity and up-to-date status.
- Social Insurance Expertise: Handle all aspects of social insurance activities, demonstrating a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
- Employee Support & Guidance: Provide clear and concise advice to employees on payroll matters, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communication with Authorities: Effectively correspond with relevant authorities and health insurance funds, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Pension Scheme Administration: Process company pension schemes, including certification and reporting, demonstrating expertise in this area.
Your Profile: A Payroll Professional
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on payroll accounting.
- Proven experience in German payroll accounting practices.
- In-depth knowledge of current German labor, tariff, tax, and social security laws.
- Familiarity with company pension schemes is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP HCM and MS Office applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated quick comprehension skills and a high level of self-motivation.
