Key Responsibilities:
- Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing the Cybex Product Portfolio to meet leading sustainability benchmarks.
- Partner with the Head of Sustainability to develop and execute a robust long-term sustainability plan.
- Manage and contribute to sustainability-driven projects by collaborating with diverse teams such as Design, R&D, Project Management, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.
- Facilitate the incorporation of international sustainability standards (e.g., CSRD, Eco-Design for Sustainable Products, SBTi) into organizational practices.
- Conduct and assist in Lifecycle assessments for products and materials.
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance indicators and metrics.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Possess an academic degree in sustainability management, environmental science, or engineering with a focus on sustainability.
- Exhibit strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
- Show independence in project management while fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Have knowledge of sustainability reporting and compliance with relevant standards.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in leading and coordinating sustainability initiatives.
- Possess experience or knowledge in assessing product environmental impacts (LCA).
