Studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d) im Bereich Governance und Organisation

Teilzeit mit 20 Stunden pro Woche, Vollzeit in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit möglich.

Über uns

Die RWW Rheinisch-Westfälische Wasserwerksgesellschaft mbH versorgt zahlreiche Haushalte, Industrien und Gewerbe im westlichen Ruhrgebiet sowie angrenzenden Regionen mit jährlich etwa 75 Millionen Kubikmetern Trink- und Brauchwasser. Unsere Infrastruktur umfasst mehrere Wasserwerke zur Trinkwasseraufbereitung, ein Brauchwasserwerk, zahlreiche Wasserspeicher und ein umfangreiches Leitungsnetz. Ein eigenes Labor überwacht die Qualität des Trinkwassers durch zahlreiche Analysen jährlich. Rund 450 Mitarbeiter*innen setzen sich dafür ein, dass wir seit über 100 Jahren eng mit der Region verbunden sind. Tradition und Entwicklung sind zentrale Aspekte unserer Unternehmensphilosophie.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, um wertvolle Einblicke in die Fachpraxis zu gewinnen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erfassung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung kleinerer Projekte.
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Erstellung von Präsentationen.

Was wir von dir erwarten

  • Du bist aktuell immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Cyber Security Management, Management & Digitalisierung oder hast ein allgemeines Interesse an Prozessen im Bereich Business Resilience und Informationssicherheit.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft.
  • Du kannst dich schnell in komplexe Zusammenhänge einarbeiten und bist motiviert, theoretisches Wissen in praktische Unternehmensabläufe zu integrieren.
  • Teamarbeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und eine positive Einstellung sind dir wichtig.
  • Du beherrschst die gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sicher.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich.
