Lead Medical Advisor for Respiratory Diseases

Position Overview

As a Medical Advisor, you will deliver cutting-edge medical insights for our respiratory product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating the transfer of product and therapeutic area knowledge seamlessly
- Managing Medical Affairs projects related to COPD
- Collaborating with global Marketing teams to provide medical support
- Offering strategic medical guidance for global Product Maintenance & Optimization (PMO) during late-phase development
- Overseeing regional and global medico-marketing efforts and enhancing interactions
- Providing medical and scientific support for global phase IIIb/IV studies and publication strategies
- Reviewing and sanctioning national phase IV studies to ensure alignment
- Formulating global medical product defense strategies in coordination with Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and Global Pharmacovigilance
- Representing the company at international scientific advisory boards and congresses
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably an M.D., with a focus on respiratory diseases
- Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally in a global capacity
- Demonstrated medical and scientific leadership to propel high-priority initiatives
- Strong external engagement with the scientific community and leading medical experts
- Advanced project management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor colleagues
- Significant experience—2 years or more—in international clinical research
- Solid understanding of PMO, GRA environments, GCP, and marketing principles
- Exceptional skills in PC usage, presentations, training, and facilitation
As a proactive and open-minded individual, you possess excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You thrive in virtual teams, collaborate effectively across functions, and demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
The international scope of this role necessitates fluency in English, both written and spoken.
