Junior Management Program Customer Service Specialist

Mondelēz International's Junior Management Program is designed to develop talented graduates into future leaders, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in logistics and customer service.
Program OverviewThe Junior Management Program is a 3-year graduate scheme that offers a permanent contract with opportunities for advancement beyond the program. You will work across our logistics and customer functions in a series of 3 placements, gaining depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts, and a holistic understanding of our business.
Placement 1: Demand Planning & FulfillmentIn this role, you will gain insights into two functional teams: Demand Planning and Fulfillment. You will build the best forecast for the next 24 months for defined product segments and ensure the right product is delivered on time, in full, to secure the best service level for our customers.
Placement 2: Logistic OperationsIn this role, you will manage and control 3rd party copack suppliers and warehouse suppliers for our seasonal business, ensuring service, cost, productivity, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policies compliance.
Placement 3: Customer ServiceIn this role, you will be the key contact to our trade partners, ensuring communication for all Supply Chain related topics. You will work proactively on cost avoidance by using excellent customer contacts to convince our trade partners to accept goods within trade life guarantee.
