Working Hours: hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Performing general repair and maintenance work in the building
- Regular maintenance and inspection of facilities, including addressing defects
- Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the building
- Coordinating with craftsmen and service providers as needed
- Conducting minor renovation work and repairs
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Building Supervisor, Craftsman, or related field
- Practical experience in building maintenance and upkeep
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Reliability, initiative, and teamwork
- Good German language skills
- Driver's license and forklift license a plus
