Your Responsibilities

  • As a (Junior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Controlling / Comprehensive Bank Management, you will provide guidance to our clients in the banking industry on strategic and operational matters.
  • You will assist in the professional consultation of complex topics related to profit accounting, planning, reporting, and comprehensive bank management while advancing digitalization.
  • Collaborating with your team, you will develop management concepts, KPI systems, and management reports.
  • You will support the optimization of strategic and operational planning processes and the implementation of relevant tools.
  • Additionally, you will be involved in the design, enhancement, and execution of solutions for profit and cost accounting.
Your Profile
  • You will join us as a (Junior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Controlling / Comprehensive Bank Management with a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, focusing on controlling, cost and performance accounting, bank management, business intelligence, or information systems.
  • You have a keen interest in management-relevant methods, processes, and systems within the banking sector.
  • You possess initial practical experience in banking or consulting in areas such as Financial Controlling, Comprehensive Bank Management, integrated planning, or management reporting.
  • Your strengths include high analytical skills, creativity, communication prowess, and a client-oriented approach.
  • Your personality is characterized by strong communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and adaptability.
  • You are proficient in German and English at a C1 level and are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting for our national (and international) clients.
