Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced Energy Regulatory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies to support our business growth and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of national and international regulatory frameworks, with a focus on the EU and Germany.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, identifying opportunities and risks for our business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regulatory strategies that support our business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to our teams on regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent E.ON Hydrogen GmbH in external forums and associations, promoting our interests and influencing regulatory developments.
- Strong understanding of energy regulation, with a focus on hydrogen and green gas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs, with a track record of developing and implementing successful regulatory strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory issues in both languages.
