Fleet Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about vehicles? Do you have the desire to manage a fleet of nearly 9,000 cars? From VW Golfs to Porsche 911s, as well as vans and trucks, you are familiar with them all? We are looking for you as a Fleet Operations Specialist at one of the largest car rental companies in Germany.
As a Fleet Management Employee (m/f/d), you will work alongside your team to oversee our fleet. You will manage the entire process from ordering to integrating our newly acquired vehicles into the fleet.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and monitoring of orders, order confirmations, and invoices
- Timely processing of vehicle registrations and handovers
- Close collaboration with our manufacturers, dealers, and service providers
- Management of seasonal tire changes for our vehicle fleet
- Ensuring optimal visibility of our fleet: from license plate holders to vehicle branding
- Supporting operational and administrative processes to ensure daily operations in the Fleet Management department
- Coordinating the collection and logistics of vehicles to be integrated until their first rental
- Completed training in a technical, commercial, or automotive field is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- You present yourself with a competent demeanor and possess technical understanding
- High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to perform and flexibility, along with strong teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Friendly demeanor and approachable attitude
- At least a Class B driver's license, or ideally C1, C, CE
- Strong affinity for digital products and services
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You are customer-oriented and process-focused
- You are authentic and ready to give your best
