Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.

Your Responsibilities
Are you eager to leverage your expertise in S/4 HANA Services to sustainably advance our SAP and Finance Transformation sector? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Support the team in sales initiatives.
  • Engage in agile methodologies within national and international projects, from analysis to post-go-live phases.
  • Configure S/4 HANA Services / Plant Maintenance based on best practice solutions.
  • Design and implement business processes in SAP or S/4HANA according to client requirements.
  • Independently identify and communicate innovations and trends within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of best practice processes in areas such as SAP Services, Plant Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Mobile Solutions, and IoT.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • You possess substantial professional experience in industry or consulting in the following areas:
    • Designing service, maintenance, and after-sales processes using S/4HANA Services or Plant Maintenance.
    • Configuration (customizing) of S/4HANA Services and S/4HANA Maintenance.
    • Creating technical specifications.
    • Knowledge of MRS/RSH is advantageous.
    • In-depth understanding of maintenance processes (servicing customer installations by field service personnel or production facilities, preventive and predictive maintenance).
    • Familiarity with SAP SD/CS, Service Cloud, and Field Service Management enhances your profile.
    • Knowledge of SAP CRM is desirable.
  • Agility, flexibility, and a digital mindset characterize your approach.
  • Experience with design thinking and process modeling (ARIS, Signavio) is a plus.
  • You have gained experience as a team or project leader across all project phases (Fit/Gap, Design, Implementation, Testing, Rollout).
  • Ideally, you have some experience in leading teams (e.g., in projects or within the organization).
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You are willing to travel frequently.
