Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) / Biological Laboratory Technician / B.Sc. in Biology-Biotechnology for the Microbiology department. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting laboratory work involving bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.
- Detecting bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms in biological samples.
- Independently performing and documenting bioanalytical microbiological methods.
- Preparing examination-related and cross-functional documents.
- General laboratory tasks.
- Working and documenting under GMP conditions.
- Maintaining and upholding the GMP system.
- Developing standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A qualification as a Biological Technical Assistant / Biological Laboratory Technician (m/w/d) or a Bachelor of Science in Biology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry, etc.
- Practical experience in microbiology is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good command of both German and English.
