Your Role
The CAD/PLM Specialist will be essential in overseeing the interaction between our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system (Enovia) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems (SolidWorks and Creo). This position acts as a bridge between actual business needs and the existing solutions available, reporting directly to the PLM Program Manager within the Gas and Process Division.
- Oversee the integration between PLM (Enovia) and CAD (SolidWorks, Creo)
- Establish the CAD strategy for the division and facilitate PLM integration
- Provide advanced support for CAD users regarding the PLM/CAD interface
- Manage data migration from various systems into Enovia
- Define processes, templates, and workflows across all global locations
- Document solutions in the internal Wiki to create a knowledge base for training and support
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance user acceptance and experience
- Govern the CAD system landscape within the division
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Familiarity with Enovia & Concepts
- Proficient in MQL, TCL
- Over 5 years of CAD experience (SolidWorks and/or Creo preferred)
- Several years of experience with Engineering systems (PLM/PDM)
- Experience in CAD data migration
- Expertise in data cleansing and restructuring
- Creative thinker with the ability to gain support for innovative ideas
- Strong communicator who excels in problem-solving and teamwork
- Possess a mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills ensuring timely delivery
- Enthusiastic about new technologies and concepts
