We are looking to enhance our 10-member Endpoint Team in the area of Cloud Platform Management & M365 as a
System Engineer (Endpoint Management)Your Responsibilities
- Installation, automation, and maintenance of complex technical systems.
- Management of endpoint operations utilizing Microsoft Intune and Global Secure Access, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Linux client systems.
- Investigation, resolution, and assessment of error messages, incidents, and service requests, along with the development of change requests.
- Ensuring system operations are maintained as part of an on-call duty.
- Providing expert advice to service, system, and application management on technical matters.
- Representing system requirements to international service providers.
Your Profile
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field, or a completed technical training with several years of professional experience in the maintenance of technical systems and conducting network and protocol analyses.
- In-depth knowledge of EntraID, Active Directory, Azure, M365, and Intune administration at an engineering level, as well as automation using PowerShell.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, MacOS, and iOS administration, along with scripting languages like Bash and PowerShell.
- Experience in DevOps practices (pipelines, Git).
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
