German Junior Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative Junior Campaign Specialist to help clients develop their first Google Ads campaigns in the German-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients and create impactful PPC campaigns that meet their needs and goals.
Understand client requirements and optimize ad performance to drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
- Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
- Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.
- In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain.
