Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset to enhance our operations team in Frankfurt. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our fleet, overseeing warehouse and field teams, and addressing the local needs of our users. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of mobility through hands-on operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Mechanics and Fleet Support personnel responsible for the deployment, replacement, and retrieval of our electric vehicles.
  • Create a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment that ensures a fully operational fleet for the Frankfurt area.
  • Establish new processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency both within and outside the warehouse.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on operational projects to identify growth opportunities within your designated regions.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess profitability, revenue, and operational performance across your markets.
  • Assist in managing customer complaints and investigating incidents.
  • Work alongside the local Government Relations representative to address key legal, regulatory, and safety matters.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, employees, and Lime management.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to initiate local revenue growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in an operations role.
  • Experience in leading teams is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of the Berlin region, with the ability to foresee operational needs and challenges.
  • A resilient and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • High-energy individual with strong decision-making skills, adept at making data-driven choices with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Tableau and SQL is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
