**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Returns Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a Returns Specialist, you will be responsible for processing items, monitoring Slack communications, and ensuring accurate documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process items by checking functionality, cosmetic condition, and attributes.
- Monitor Slack for missed communications with CE and other departments.
- Document faults and reasons for adjustments and observations.
- Photograph items as needed.
- Label purchased items for put-away in the stockroom.
- Record resolutions in the SMT sheet.
**End-of-Day Tasks**
- Bring processed items to the right trolleys for Dispatch to organize putaway.
- Recycle leftover packaging.
- Ensure all devices are turned off and the PS area is clean.
- Verify no third-party batteries are left on desks and identify misplaced batteries.
**Recurring Tasks**
- Sending items for repairs and maintaining the repair board.
- Processing failed deliveries.
- Properly disposing of paper, plastic, and wrapping paper in recycling bins.
**Requirements**
- Comprehensive knowledge of various camera equipment.
- Proficiency in handling stock and hands-on experience with gear.
- Punctuality in adhering to work schedules.
- Competence in maintaining a tidy and organized workplace.
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
- Attention to detail for correct gear grading.
- Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse setting.
