The Katharinenstift, a specialized center for individuals with dementia, offers tailored nursing care for 148 residents within dementia-focused living environments.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of training as a geriatric care assistant or nursing care assistant, with a preference for additional qualifications in Integrative Validation and Basal Stimulation, or a willingness to pursue such training.
- Previous experience in caring for individuals with dementia.
- Excellent communication abilities, demonstrating a calm, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Commitment to Christian values and principles.
