About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Microsoft PP Ops/Dev/Engineer/Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data models and create data architecture for analysis.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand the capabilities of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be put to better use and facilitate process improvement.
  • Translate business-to-technology needs to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
  • Participate in all phases of software development from analysis to deployment.
  • Support for our customers during operation and in the event of problems.
Requirements
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Functional German language skills or willingness to develop them within a reasonable period of time.
  • Presentation and communication skills, in particular, the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensible way to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Residency in Germany or willingness to relocate to Germany.
  • 3 years of industry experience in building apps.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Relational databases and/or NoSQL knowledge at least at seminar/diploma thesis level.
  • Interest in Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, and Azure cloud and the willingness to constantly grow, learn, and enhance skills in this area.
  • Experience with Low/No code Apps (Microsoft Power Apps, AWS Honey Code).
  • Experience in modeling data and creating reports in Power BI or administration of Microsoft 365/Azure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Gateway for Power Platform.
  • Competent technical knowledge to provide support to users.
  • Experience in providing training to users.
