We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Stadtwerke Jülich GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance and repair work on building and technical systems, independent repair work on our buildings, and maintenance of green areas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair work on building and technical systems (e.g., heating, lighting, plumbing)
  • Independent repair work on our buildings
  • Maintenance of green areas
  • Building maintenance
  • Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and order in the properties or on the premises
  • Identifying, documenting, and following up on defects
  • Possibly engaging and managing external service providers
  • Warehouse coverage
  • Assisting external winter services during severe weather conditions
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar position
  • Independent and responsible approach
  • Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Completed technical or craft training
  • Technical and craft understanding
  • Driver's license Class B
