Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and engage in contract negotiations with various departments, overseeing the entire process to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize our English-language contract templates to draft agreements, tailoring them to meet specific requirements while collaborating with legal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and drafting, ensuring no detail is overlooked. You will proactively seek information and follow up to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a vital liaison and advisor for contract-related processes, working closely with colleagues to support our »Audio and Media Technologies« divisions.
- A university degree with a focus on contract management or international business law, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in contract management, particularly with English-language agreements, including terms and conditions, cooperation contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Fluency in both German and English, especially in legal terminology.
- Strong teamwork skills combined with an independent work ethic, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
- Proactive approach to collaboration and information gathering to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office 365; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
