Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the management of Serafin Unternehmensgruppe GmbH and the respective participating companies to build and further develop the Process Mining Tool (Celonis) and the Business Intelligence Solution (Power BI)
  • As a Business Analyst, you will conduct independent analyses of business processes from Celonis, ERP, and workflow systems, derive action options, and prepare decision-making documents
  • You will support our group companies and their departments in the technical integration of new business processes
  • You will assist in the optimization and automation of business processes, including workshops for the content and technical implementation
Requirements
  • You are studying business informatics, business administration, or a comparable course of study
  • You have already gained initial practical experience, for example, in process consulting or IT projects
  • You act independently, have analytical thinking, and are enthusiastic about new topics such as Lean Management, Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • You bring very good German and English language skills
  • Desirable are initial experiences in dealing with ERP systems, database systems, or reporting tools, for example, in development with SQL or DAX
