Process and Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks
Process Management
- Development of new processes together with the departments
- Identification and solution of critical process weaknesses in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Creation of a process and quality key performance indicator system for monitoring and improving processes
- Leading and developing a process management system
- Creation of qualification measures and implementation of training
Quality Management
- Establishment of a process-oriented quality reporting in the service sector
- Planning and implementation of supplier evaluations and audits
Your profile
- Studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Business Informatics/Quality Management or a completed training as a clerk for office communication or IT system clerk
- At least 3 years of professional experience in developing and optimizing processes as well as auditing processes according to standards and norms
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of management systems, in particular DIN EN ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and common process management notations such as BPMN 2.0
- Experience in leading project teams or lateral leadership required
- Sound knowledge of working with ERP/process systems and MS Office tools
- Independent work
- Travel readiness
